Growing up right now means juggling a lot - school, friends, social media, and the big, sometimes messy work of figuring out who you are.

Therapy with me is for teens and young adults who want a space that's fully, unapologetically theirs. A place to explore who you're becoming, work through what's hard, and celebrate what's going right, with someone whose only job in the room is to focus on you.

Therapy is 100% all about you.

If you’re a teen or young adult in Texas, and this sounds 100% like something you’d love, please reach out!

Here's the thing about being a teen or young adult right now: there are a lot of voices in the mix between school, friends, social media, and family.

That's a lot to sort through, especially while you're also trying to figure out who you actually are underneath it all.

I'm here to add one more steady, non-judgmental voice to your team.

I’m someone whose whole focus is helping you find your own answers, your own feelings, your own future.

That's the whole point of this space: real talk & zero judgment.

We’ll do the work together as a team working toward making your life feel less stressful, more manageable and authentically…you!

You’re interested in therapy because maybe you’re…

  • Line art illustration of a lotus flower on a pink background with a decorative border.

    in high school

and the pressure to have your entire future mapped out feels like a lot

  • Neon sign of a pink flower on a dark green background.

    in college

realizing that "figuring it out" didn't stop after graduation season like everyone promised, and independence feels more disorienting than freeing right now

  • Graphic illustration of a floral design inside a semi-circular shape with a dark background.

    becoming your own person

while staying close to the people who raised you,  and you want space to sort that out without it turning into a fight at home

No lectures, no worksheets shoved at you, no pretending that even I, your therapist, have it all figured out either.

Here's what we'll actually use in therapy:

  • Practical tools for the moments your brain won't stop spinning about grades, the future, or what everyone thinks of you.

  • Mindfulness-based techniques for when you need to get out of your head and back into the actual moment you're in.

  • And when emotions feel like too much, too fast, we'll bring in skills to help you ride the wave instead of getting wiped out by it.

Underneath all of it: a person-centered approach… I meet you exactly where you are.

You don’t need one more adult with an agenda.

You need someone who is here just for you. Here's the thing about being a teen or young adult right now: there are a lot of voices in the mix… school, friends, social media, and the people who love you most, doing their best to help you turn out okay.

That's a lot to sort through, especially while you're also trying to figure out who you actually are underneath it all.

The whole point of this space is for real talk, zero judgment, and a team — you, your people, and me — all working toward the same thing.
