Therapy for High Achievers in Texas

Abstract background beige and pink wavy lines.

You're the one people call when things fall apart- the fixer, the finisher, the one who always shows up. From the outside, it looks like you've got it handled…

On the inside?

You're running on caffeine, willpower, and the quiet fear that if you slow down for even a second, the whole thing might come undone.

A middle-aged woman with blonde hair, wearing glasses and a white shirt, is sitting at a table in a modern coffee shop or café. She is talking on a cell phone while working on a silver laptop. There is a white coffee mug and a smartphone on the table in front of her. The background shows large windows and a softly lit interior.

Therapy is 100% all about you.

In the background, there are shelves with books, a speaker, and decorative items, along with a large leafy plant.

Whether you're the executive holding the room together, the parent splitting an endless to-do list, or the new grad realizing "successful" feels a lot heavier than you expected, high-achievers carry a specific kind of weight.

Anxiety that shows up as imposter syndrome & over-preparing. Perfectionism that shows up as never feeling done. Stress that's become so normal you forgot it's not supposed to feel like this.

I help high-achieving individuals find the version of success that doesn't require sacrificing themselves to get there.

There are three striped deck chairs and a large planter with a succulent plant beside her, with a striped umbrella overhead.

You don't need someone explaining burnout to you from a textbook — you need someone who's actually sat at the table you're sitting at.

Before I was a therapist, I was a Chief People & Culture Officer, carrying the same "top performer" identity into every room, the same exhaustion of being excellent at work while quietly feeling overwhelmed and like I was falling apart.

Which means when you're in this room with me, you're not managing my understanding of your world. I already get it. No masks, no performing, no explaining why "just relax" doesn't work for people like us.

Just an honest, empathetic space to figure out what balance could actually look like for you.

You may fall into one of these scenarios:

  • you're the mom keeping the household running...

while building a career and splitting an endless mental load with your partner, wondering when you became invisible in your own life.

  • Neon sign of a pink flower with green leaves and a yellow border on a dark background.

you're the guy who climbed the ladder and looked up...

to realize you've missed more dinners, more bedtime stories, more of your own life than you meant to.

  • Stylized illustration of a purple flower with dark outline inside a semi-circular shape.

you're newer to the workforce, doing everything "right,"...

and still feel like you're drowning while everyone else seems to have a manual you never got.

Different stories, same ache: you're doing so much, and somehow it still feels like it's not enough or you're doing all of it at 80%. You've got things you can't say to your boss, your partner, your mom, or your group chat.

A woman in a blue shirt and jeans is smiling while waving her arms, with blurred motion of pink and purple fabric or objects around her hands, against a plain white wall background.

Here's what we'll actually use in therapy:

  • We'll use practical, research-backed tools to help you actually change the patterns that are running you ragged- not just talk about them.

  • We'll ground into the present moment with mindfulness-based techniques when your nervous system needs to just land.

  • And through all of it, I'll meet you exactly where you are, person to person, no judgment and no expectation to have it all figured out.

Working with a challenging manager as a high-achiever? I’ve got the guide for you!

You are not being dramatic. You are not "too sensitive." You are a human being having a very normal reaction to a very not-normal amount of pressure, and you found the one door in this building that locks. Good instinct.

Some sessions will feel like strategy.
Some will feel like exhaling for the first time in weeks.
Both are the work: and I’m ready for it.
